JBL Tune Flex 2 Touch Controls

I've had these headphones for about half a year and have enjoyed the quality. I listen to 8-10 hours of music a day, and so far these have kept up well for the price. Battery has been fine, a bit finicky and the app isn't always accurate, but my biggest complaint are the TOUCH CONTROLS.

They're so invasive. I don't want to be able to do anything but play, pause, and skip songs. I don't understand why I can't just turn off everything else. I don't use voice assistant either, so if I hold one of the buds too long, the prompt to set up a feature I will never use comes up and makes everything feel half finished.

The weirdest part is, I was able to get rid of a lot of the touch controls for a good few weeks. Then, something happened, I genuinely don't know what, but they came back.

Just give people the option to shave down on all the features so they can enjoy the product.
