First-time offence, no prior criminal history.
Minor physical contact, victim provoked the incident.
I was arrested, given bail and an AVO, and scheduled for court hearings.
My questions:
If the case ends with a Section 10 Conditional Release Order (CRO) without conviction, how will it appear on a National Police Check / background check?
Will a CRO without conviction affect my Uber driver account?
What are the possible impacts on future visa, TR, or PR applications under Section 501 Character Test?
