Sydney university village lease
Hey, I’m looking for a USYD student to take over my lease at Sydney University Village (5-bedroom shared apartment).
It’s about a 5-minute walk to campus, rent is $474.5/week, and the lease runs until the end of Semester 2 2026 (with option to extend).
It’s fully furnished and includes WiFi and access to study rooms.
