18M, black dot on toe...
I'm an 18-year old male. A few days ago, I noticed a small black dot on my left toe. Not thinking much of it, I used a nail clipper to cut into it. It bled a little afterward (very little not even enough to form a drop). I applied antiseptic cream and put a bandage on it.
The next morning, I checked it and noticed a small amount of additional bleeding. After changing the bandage twice, the bleeding stopped completely. Now there's a small hole where the black dot was. I've been applying Neosporin and keeping it covered with a bandage.
Should I see a doctor, or is this likely to heal on its own within a few days? Also, what could that black dot have been, and is it something I should be concerned about? google says it some plantar wart but idk..
