Is it safe to tilt my dell g15 5530 to a 90 degree angle while running at full load?

I heard that dell g15 5530 is using "element 31" which is a liquid metal thermal paste. So is it safe to tilt my g15 5530 to a nearly 90 degree angle, running at full load?(i disabled the sensor since it wont let me run at full load if i didnt place the laptop on a flat surface)

The gpu was running at ~83 Celsius, cpu was at ~80-90 Celsius.

My only concern is that the liquid metal leaking problem. and would the liquid metal be spreading evenly on the cpu and gpu while the laptop is at ~90 degree?
