Konami Knows about cheaters and won´t do anything
I love Duel Links. I recently came back and wasn't bothered by all the changes. But in PvP, in ranked events, the same sequence always happens:
- I'm always play first by the coin toss
- My opponent has a perfect hand with all the necessary cards, making extremely long combos.
- If I manage to come back, my opponent stops playing and starts taking too long.
- I lose due to disconnection.
Before, I could avoid this with a trick of quickly resetting my mobile data or Wi-Fi. But since the last update, it no longer works. So I gathered evidence and contacted technical support because I worked hard to reach Stage 2 only to lose 3/4 of my duels due to disconnection. When I can finally play without this happening, was because I got an encrypted router. The worst case was when in rush festival my opponent pulled a speed duel ability against me and made the app crash out. After that I couldn´t even start the app (had to uninstall and reinstall). Then I contacted Konami, In the following images, you can see the conversation with them. They are clearly aware of the situation but won't do anything, even with the evidence.
