Whenever I load up the game it says “VANGUARD ERROR: VAN 57 Vanguard is not running. Reboot your PC.”

I have tried Rebooting my PC, uninstalling and reinstalling 2XKO and uninstalling and reinstalling Vanguard but it doesn’t change the error, anyone else dealt with this and knows how to fix it?
