Trying to do a Swift Sword run and wanna be on the lookout for a consistent movement speed boost source, specifically during bosses. I've run into Face Flask and Corrosive Cloud with the "speed on use" affix and it made me wonder what other skills can gain that starred affix.

Does anyone have a list of exemptions or the limited pool of items that can roll into/possess it? The wiki doesn't seem to have that specific of information

I'm aware of legendary on-crit affixes, but I figure the "on use" one on a wider pool of items would be easier to obtain consistently. And I refuse to use vampirism lmao
