I just saw that the Toronto marathon was sold out for October. I completed the one from May. I am from Chicago and wanted to do the October Marathon. Is there a way to find people that may want to transfer their bibs? If so, how would this even work? Come someone guide me through this process

I completed the recent Toronto marathon that occurred back in May. I wanted to ask is the October one a lot different or is it the same? Anything you give advice on for this race? Thank you
