I am a real estate broker specializing in Dubai and Abu Dhabi... I have a friend who contact me seeking to rent an apartment and use it for a sublease (Airbnb, Booking.com... He's registered in Dubai already) in Ajman. I don't know much about the rules and regulations in Ajman, or the entire procedure... It’s been a long time since I’ve picked up a book with any real intention of reading it. I’ve become lazy, and I have less and less time for reading. These days, I can barely manage to read three pages a day. So I’m looking for a good book to get me back into reading... If anyone has any great recommendations in English or French. I’d be happy to check them out.
