Need opinion on Daily

I recently bought a heavily used Peugeot 206 CC for €490. It was originally listed for €590, but there were a few red flags, so my dad negotiated the price down.
The seller did mention some issues, but one important problem wasn’t disclosed, which is what worries me now. When I first arrived, the car didn’t start right away. After a few attempts it eventually did, but since I’ve never owned a manual before, I’m not sure if that was partly user error.
At first, the car actually drove quite well. However, after a while, the red oil warning light came on. My dad told me to check the oil level, and we found that the engine was significantly overfilled.
On top of that, the dashboard seems to have electrical issues. When I use the turn signal, some of the lights on the dashboard start blinking as well. Also, the engine sounds like it might have a vacuum leak, which could possibly be related to the oil pressure issue.
I’m hoping that draining the excess oil and fixing the dashboard issue will solve the problems. If not, I may end up using the car for parts.
Has anyone experienced similar issues with a Peugeot 206 CC or knows what could be causing this?

Just bought a 206 CC need opinion

On top of that, the dashboard seems faulty. When I turned on the lights, every warning light started flashing.
I’m hoping that draining some of the excess oil and fixing the dashboard will solve the issues. If not, I guess I’ll have some spare Peugeot 206 CC parts for sale.
