AITAH for telling my husband he sucks

Shit but I usually nip that in the butt. Every month he wants to try to play, one day a month, some "i'm so clean let me do this work because you don't" and is an A hole about it. If you look at our house there is an underlying Base clean that you can't just get from letting it rot in filth but he makes me feel so bad when I'm the one constantly keeping up on dishes, scrubbing shit, laundry (even though it doesn't get folded quick enough) and everything else. I'm also the breadwinner and main caretaker. I currently have a horrendous toothache, I have been crying all day. AITAH that I told him he is being a total a hole for not considering me and my pain and choosing to go on this rampage today of all days when I told him I needed him to watch the kids? I don't ask for much and ALWAYS end up doing everything when I'm sick. This was a rarity :(
