Does anyone know what error this is and how to fix it?

Every time I try to open a certain website, I get this error that reads word-by-word:

"Your browser does not support this site. If you have a special code, enter it below. If you don't have a code, you can download the Opera browser below for free."

This only happens on one of my Google accounts and I don't have Opera either. I'm posting this on a Windows 11.

How do I fix this error? I don't even have Opera GX.

This error is apparently linked to Opera GX. I deleted every set-up application and Opera GX itself. Still having this error.
