My 14 year old son has a fever of about 102°. No other symptoms so far other than fatigue. I gave him 4 low dose aspirin since that’s all I had on hand. I was asking chat gpt about his symptoms and said that I gave him the aspirin and it mentioned to not give him any more because of the possibility of Reye syndrome. I’ve never heard of this at all. What is the likelihood of him getting this??
