Best Canes?

My HWP (65 PD diagnosed 20 years ago, DBS 13 years ago) has been using a quad cane. He falls frequently and the cane helps a little bit. Where he can he uses his u-step walker, which has been amazing. But when he's puttering around the yard and garage, the cane gives him a little more stability. I've just read however, that a quad cane is not ideal for someone with Parkinson's. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions, about an appropriate cane.
