Let me preface this by saying Tactics vanguard is probably my fav class in the game and I always hope to see buffs for it, so when I saw that Storm got changed and I never realized I was quite shocked. My question however is this:

How do people feel about new storm? Is it a really nice buff or a very niche QoL patch for it? How are people working the second stage of Storm into Openers and re-openers or are we just ignoring it second trigger? When did this change even happen (I read every patch note and never saw this IDK how)? and finally any other thoughts around this change, do we hope other leaps get the same treatment or nah?
