Remote Sales / Lead Generation Opportunity for U.S. Marketing Company
TE Acquisition Group is looking for motivated remote cold callers / appointment setters to help us contact U.S.-based local businesses.
We are a U.S. customer acquisition company that helps businesses improve their websites, SEO, advertising, follow-up systems, customer acquisition process, and online presence.
This role is best for someone with BPO, sales, appointment setting, cold calling, customer service, or virtual assistant experience.
What you will do:
- Find qualified business leads
- Call and Email U.S. business leads
- Professionally introduce TE Acquisition Group
- Follow our sales script and process
- Ask basic qualification questions
- Find businesses that may need help with websites, SEO, ads, follow-up, or online growth
- Log every call outcome in our portal
- Mark leads as no answer, follow-up, not interested, interested, or ready for review
- Take clear notes after each call
- Schedule or escalate interested prospects to our U.S. team
- Stay consistent with daily/weekly call activity
Starting pay:
$4/hour to start
This is the starting rate while we test fit, consistency, call quality, and results.
If you prove that you are reliable, professional, and helping generate real leads or clients, the hourly rate can be raised quickly.
RECURRING Monthly Commission:
In addition to hourly pay, approved callers can earn recurring commission on clients they help bring to TE Acquisition Group.
Commission tiers are based on active client revenue attributed to you:
Tier 1:
$0–$25,000 in active monthly client revenue
10% recurring commission
Tier 2:
$25,001–$75,000 in active monthly client revenue
15% recurring commission
Tier 3:
$75,001+ in active monthly client revenue
18% recurring commission
Example earnings:
If you help bring in 5 clients paying $1,000/month:
$5,000 active revenue × 10% = $500/month recurring commission
If you help bring in 10 clients paying $1,000/month:
$10,000 active revenue × 10% = $1,000/month recurring commission
If you help build $30,000/month in active client revenue:
$30,000 × 15% = $4,500/month recurring commission
If you help build $75,000/month in active client revenue:
$75,000 × 18% = $13,500/month recurring commission
Commission is paid only on approved active clients and collected revenue. If a client cancels or stops paying, that client no longer counts toward active commission.

- Coachable and consistent
- Able to speak confidently with business owners
- Serious about building long-term income
This is not for someone who only wants easy hourly work.
We are looking for people who want to grow with the company, make calls consistently, improve over time, and earn recurring commission from real results.
