Hey everyone,

I order some clothes off shein and the delivery guy took a picture of the door and the package which are both mine, however i was not home and he left i assume with the package because it was not here and no neighbour has it but it has been marked as delivered. I have tried getting a refund multiple times but they all get declined due to not sufficient proof. The bot also is 0 help and i dont see an option to actually reach a person.

Please does anyone have advice as to how to get my money back? Or do i just have to accept im out of a lot of money?
