34M, I have been to an ENT multiple times and was said to have a bacteria infection in my nostrils and was given an antibiotic, it helped cure some of the symptoms (severe crusting being the big one) however I am still having this symptom after over a year where it feels like my left testicle isn’t descending properly, and when I try to massage it down I produce an extremely thick, jelly-like snot that is associated with my left testicle/sciatic nerve area. I am desperate for a proper diagnosis and tired of being told that my testicle discomfort is not related to the snot. DESPERATE FOR HELP/INSIGHT.
