


4-Week Update (long post)
Guys, I am absolutely thrilled to share my progress with you all!

Pic 2: April 2026 - 68-69kg (before starting peps)

Height: 176 cm
I was over 20% body fat
I was consistently lifting heavy & eating clean high protein food for 2 years
I did absolutely everything to try reduce the fat:
- Water fasting
- Extreme deficit
- 1 meal a day
- Low carb
- Keto
You name it, though it did help me gain muscle and lose fat with my consistency in the gym but there was always a missing piece & I was just unable to achieve my ideal state of the body. (Also lost muscle in process of losing weight)
2 months ago, I didn’t even know what peptides are 😅 I saw a reel, then another, and then another, you know how the algo works…that’s when I started researching about peps.
As always, since I am down to try anything to improve fitness, I thought let’s just try.
And it frickin works!
It was a dream to see my stomach flat, let alone abs…
Still way to go, but this is how I look like after running
- 1 mg per week Reta
I also added from 2nd week
- CJC+IPA 250mcg per day
- 1000mcg per day BPC157
I’m now upping reta to 2mg per week with a split dose & most likely I’ll also increase CJC+IPA to 500mcg per day.
My goal is to get absolutely shredded and then start a lean bulk journey.
