[Help] Indian M 21, But messed up hormones due to extreme calorie deficit and diet. Hairloss and Very High Cholestrol. 30% bodyfat.

I recently got a blood test done. I am 21 years old, 5feet 11 inches, living in hyderabad currently for software engineer internship. Im originally from north so new to the diet as I live in pg and all meals are carb focused.

Here were the results that were alarming:

  1. Lipids:
Total Cholesterol 215 High
LDL 134 High
HDL 37 Low
Triglycerides 232 High
Non-HDL Cholesterol 178 High
TG/HDL Ratio 6.22 Very High
  1. Folate:
Result Status
1.8 ng/mL Severe deficiency
  1. Vitamin D3 at 18ng/mL

  2. Thyroid: TSH at 5.41 but T3 and T4 as normal.

  3. Vitamin B12

Result Status
247 pg/mL Low-normal

And others are Testosterone at 468, NO Blood Sugar / Diabetes Risk, Kidneys and liver are healthy.

I gained a lot of fat from August to December in 2025, Since January I had been in an aggressive calorie deficit of around 1500-1800 each day (Weight-> 94). I had around 35% bodyfat (estimated from photos I looked on the internet). I got it down to 30% but my weight now is 95% as most of it I gained back as muscle.

In 3 months my strength at gym tripled, fat burnt very fast, got to 40 inch waist from 44 (Ik its a lot), For instance I started with 40kg bench press for reps and now my one rep max is 100kgs. Same for other lifts. All on a cut.

But then I hit a plateau on my fat loss. Strength keeps growing but no muscle loss and weight even increased.

I take creatine, soy protein powder(can't afford whey), eggs, and also used to eat a lot of items like maggi etc.

Should also mention that I have only one testicle due to a surgery where I lost my left.

I'm currently taking Omega-3, Vitamin D3 weekly 60,000IU tablet, Zinc, Magnesium, Ashwagandha, Dutasteride, minoxidil and now starting Ketoconazole shampoo for dandruff.

Not taking egg yolks anymore, adding 10 min cardio after weight training which I will progressively overload, no more maggi or any other fast foods but I cannot cut pg carb focused food (Idli, Dosa, rice, Roti).

My sleep is VERY poor, I am unable to sleep before 2 am even when I do nothing but Mg is helping now.

I want to get my cholestrol and every other marker under control, Lose a ton of fat quickly coming down to 15% retaining my muscle(Idc about hunger just need proper guidance) but don't want my hormones to be fd, increase my testosterone naturally.

Can someone please help me with advise? Any doctors or pharma experienced people?

No matter what I do, I always seem to be doing something wrong by the amount of research i do. I seriously need to get this under check.

And yes, I have no genetic tendencies to hairfall or cholestrol (Nobody experienced in family).
