Why don't cashiers in some stores in Belgrade give coins anymore as change?
Today, I went to Univer Export, bought something, and the change was 79 dinars, I received 70 dinars in change. This has kept on happening every single time I went to get groceries and it is just leaving a bad taste in my mouth because the missing change just adds up and it is happening in multiple stores in Belgrade. I also had a worker steal from me by saying that the 500 bill i gave her was a 200 dinar bill. I want to ask why? Or if anyone else has had experiences like these?
