PayPal to GoTyme - 7d and counting (5 banking days)
My missing transfer dated May 12 was already marked as COMPLETED by Paypal on their end, yet until now the funds have still not reflected in my GoTyme account.
What makes this situation even more disappointing is that I have seen other users who transferred on May 13 already receive their funds days ago, while earlier transactions like mine remain unresolved with very little to no transparency.
Go shove your templated responses up your asses, GoTyme! And to make matters worse, there's a lot of ongoing concerns and service problems affecting users recently, yet customers are still left waiting and confused with no clear resolution or accountability. A relative of mine has been waiting for a transfer to come through since May 10th.
I reached out to VISA and they said it is not an issue with them, same with Paypal. This has been the WORST digital banking experience I’ve encountered.
I cannot wait 10–45 banking days for my hard-earned money. That is completely unreasonable.
