If you were going to book one guided tour in Florence which one would you book? I want to spend most of trip taking things in at my own speed but think I should try a one guided tour

I am heading to Florence in a week for a few days, solo female. Any places people would recommend for evening meals that have an ambience and layout that a solo diner wont feel out of place?

My hotel is near the Piazza della Indipendenza but happy with walking up to an hour
