I (mom) got a job offer recently that if I accepted I would need to put my toddler in full-time daycare. He’s mostly home with me and the rare part-time nanny helper.

Has anyone put their toddler in full-time daycare at 2.5 and how did it go for you? I’d always envisioned us ramping up slowly with 3 days a week, half days, but this job is fulltime so I need to consider starting him at full-time I guess.

It just feels fast (to me) and he still seems so dependent on me. I guess I need encouragement.
