Best way to sleep cooler without buying an entirely new mattress?
Hi all, I have a nolah mattress I love overall, as a side sleeper I generally find it comfortable enough to support me without me sagging into it too far. I've had it for about 5 years now and it was fine previously. However, I moved to a new place that has two stories which means it gets much warmer at night than my old place! I don't want to turn down the temperatures too much for gas bill reasons so this brings me to my question- what is the most efficient way to sleep cooler without buying an entirely new mattress?
A cooling sheet or mattress cover? A different bed frame? Or do I just have to learn to sleep with a fan?
