Had a double order, dropped off one of the bags from the first order at the second house. I mark my bags but for some reason didn't mark an "A" on one of the bags for the first delivery. I get a message about 5 minutes after the second delivery about it and race back to the second house grab the bag go to the first place and she's on the phone with IC as she opens the door. I drop the bag off and apologize and ask her to let IC know she isn't missing anything. She was a sweet old lady, and heard her tell them I had arrived with the missing bag over the phone while I was still there.

What do you think the chances are I will get shadow throttled or this will be noted, or worse yet it will still be marked as missing?

The tablet thing is getting out of hand. Tip 10%,20%, or don't tip. Just pay in cash so you don't even have to deal with the tablet it is so annoying. Just get a traditional check and they can come back with your change. Leave them a cash tip, or not if that's your thing, but please for the love of god no more tablet tips.

Finished a 2 hour triple that paid well and it didn't show after dropoff. Just got it, you guys get yours?

What if I don't want to have convicted rapists, drug dealers, and murderers in my car. Seems like it would be as easy to check backgrounds of passengers as it is for drivers.

This is a peer to peer company. Meaning one peer needs a service and another peer may provide it if they feel it's worth it and SAFE.

So I did a delivery yesterday. In the app on the delivery instructions i noticed "DON'T WORRY I'LL TIP YOU AFTER YOU LEAVE!!" (yes in caps) im guessing this is for all her deliveries bc she doesn't tip.

So I drop off the order which I found out indeed had a preempive tip bc there was an IC message a bit later saying they added back a tip that was removed. All my orders went fine so it was pretty easy to figure out who it was before even looking (yes it was her). But I figured she probably put in a 1 star to justify the tip removal.

Sooo I see it today when I wake up, tried CS but they are obviously useless, this guy more useless than normal. What do I do? This pisses me off, might cost me money to have this one star on my ratings.

I'm guessing she pre-emptively tipped this time bc she used to not tip and as a result her orders took a long time. Now she apparently just adds tip then removes it bc IC added it back. But I want the 1 star gone too.
