I find the team perk selection fun, but that isn't saying it can't be improved.

• Don't force everyone to gather together to choose
• Maybe after a person picks, another perk gets replaced with a better quality one, so players down the line get some bonus.

I'd find it terribly boring if everyone just had their own pool and picked in solitude like every other roguelike. We've seen that a million times before. So far I've only found more camaraderie from the group selection. Just make it so we don't have to wait around for everyone to get in the circle.
