Return process xp pen order

Hello, first of all, I apologize, English isn't my first language (using translator website tho lol)

I ordered a drawing display from xppen (EU) last week, and it arrived two days later. After about three days, I noticed a black spot on the display that’s particularly noticeable on a light-colored screen. I contacted customer support, and they told me the display was damaged and that I should send it back for a replacement. The display arrived at the returns center one day later, and I thought I’d get a replacement quickly. The problem is that I need the display for work every day. I thought the return process would be faster. Now I haven’t been able to work for 5 days, and it will probably take even longer. Has anyone gone through a replacement process before and can tell me how long it usually takes? It would be best if someone from Europe could share their experience. thank you.

edit: I forgot to mention that the link for checking the status of the exchange process has also suddenly stopped working as of today. So I have absolutely no idea what's going on lol
