Are Facebook ads worth it for a cleaning business?

Sharing this report we got today from our deep cleaning campaign that we started in Late February. If we hadn’t had setbacks with staffing we would’ve doubled the ad-spend but right now we’re booked like 3 weeks in advance and We had to say no to 6 customers in it pains us. So we’re working on our hiring systems quickly, any tips will be appreciated.

And yes, Facebook ads are worth it no matter what level you’re at imo.

we do 7 figures a year and only about 15-20% of our payments come through card. how’s everyone else getting paid?

looking at our software and ops numbers for 2026 and this one stood out. the rest is still mostly venmo, zelle, and the occasional check from commercial and older clients. keeps the card fees off our backs but the bookkeeping gets messy. where’s everyone else landing, mostly card, venmo and zelle, ACH, or still on checks?

how would you staff and run a day like this? 7 jobs, 5 zips, every job is 2 cleaners for 3 to 6 hours

curious how you’d handle it. 7 jobs across 5 zips, every one a 2 cleaner job running 3 to 6 hours. how many cleaners are you putting on a day like this? employees or contractors? and how are you splitting teams so nobody’s driving across the whole city between jobs? want to see how everyone runs it.
