Hi, I factory reset my laptop, I selected the one with the drivers being removed as well.

I waited and once it got to 100% it restarted. Now when I open the laptop, its just black screen, but theres a little blue screen on top. I tried the youtube tutorials like ctrl + win + shift + B and nothing works.
