Curious how people here are handling cold outreach.
Are you still doing:
lead sourcing → writing emails → follow-ups → tracking replies manually?
I was doing that and ended up building a small internal tool to automate:
lead discovery
personalized email generation
follow-up sequences
Gmail sync + reply tracking
Mostly for agency/client acquisition.
Trying to figure out if this is a real pain point or if I’m overengineering 😅
Would love to hear what your workflow looks like.
