Should I buy this car?

We found a 2024 Mazda CX-90 hybrid with a clean title and history of one accident (rear ended, apparently nothing major). Apparently the car used to be the dealers son’s car. We had a mechanic check it out and they said one of the front axles was leaking fluid and needed to be replaced. Warranty covers that, so the dealership is taking care of it.

Is that a big red flag we should be concerned about? Especially with the car being newer, is this a sign of bigger issues that could manifest? Or is this something normal that happens to cars?

Should I buy a car with rust under the wheels?

Really interested in this 2020 Toyota Highlander and everything seems perfect, I came to look at the car today and there’s a ton of rust in the wheels. Is this a red flag?
