Some days I think it suits my face, other days I feel like it’s the first thing people notice about me.

Hey everyone, I’m 32 and my cycles are usually pretty regular, around 35–38 days.
Lastcycle, I started spotting around cycle day 19. It began as light pink spotting and then turned into on and off bleeding for about 2 weeks. The bleeding varied from pink to brown to red, but wasn’t consistently heavy like a normal period. My actual period then started around day 31 and lasted 5–6 days as usual.
Now I’m in my next cycle and around day 19 I’ve started spotting again. It began as light pink spotting and now seems to be getting a little heavier with some brown/red blood, mild cramps, and a few small clots.
I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something similar where one unusual cycle seemed to affect the next cycle as well? Did it turn out to be hormonal, an anovulatory cycle, stress-related, or something else?
I’m not looking for a diagnosis, just interested to hear whether anyone has had a similar pattern of two consecutive cycles with mid-cycle bleeding/spotting.
