How do I tell if my weightloss will succeed? M

I’ve been on my weight loss journey since December 25th. At first, I started with 1200 calories or less and worked out every single day. A month later, I completely ran out of energy and added rest days between my workouts. In March, after experiencing crazy hunger and a month-long plateau, I increased my calories to 1400.
Right now, I’m struggling a bit with my plan. I recently increased my workout intensity: instead of doing 3 cardio sessions and 1 home workout, I now do 3 strength training sessions at the gym (plus a short cardio finish) and 1 intense home workout. I’ve also started hitting 10k steps on my rest days.
I know that changing my workout routine can cause water retention, but I really need advice on whether this current plan can work for me until the end of summer. I want to lose about 10 more kilos to finally reach my goal. I don't want to slow down; I just want to push through to the end.
I’ve watched countless videos about metabolic adaptation, and I’m terrified that I might be experiencing it because the scale hasn't moved for 3 weeks. It’s genuinely confusing. How can I tell if it’s actual metabolic adaptation, or if it's just PMS and muscle soreness causing water retention?
I’m struggling to understand if I’m just coping and trying to believe everything is fine. That said, I feel like I'm still pretty active, I sleep well (though sometimes I wake up earlier than I’d like due to hunger), my NEAT is still high, and I eat clean throughout the day.
I am ready to make changes if they are truly necessary—I feel like I have no time to make mistakes. I need to lose 10 kilos by end of summer.
If you need more info to give advice, please ask! I track my macros and activity religiously.
