I just completed a seven part delivery order that had both grocery and GMD orders. After I finished with the last delivery, I had two bags of frozen groceries left. The Walmart employees had loaded them separately from the rest of the delivery order for that customer. I didn’t realize until I had extra groceries at the end of the order. I’ve reported it both to Spark and in the process of returning the items to the Walmart I picked them up from. I’ve never had this happen before in the two years have been delivering. I am a bit concerned about what might happen. My metrics are really good so I’m hoping they don’t take any drastic steps over their mistake. Does anyone have any experience with this?
