Shambhavi Mahamudra

After practicing Shambhavi Mahamudra consistently for some time, the biggest change I noticed wasn't physical—it was behavioral.
I became less reactive, more patient, and much calmer in situations that would have previously disturbed me. I find myself listening more, judging less, and handling challenges with greater clarity. The constant mental chatter has reduced, and there is a sense of ease in everyday life.
What surprised me most is that these changes happened gradually and naturally. I wasn't consciously trying to change my behavior; it simply evolved through consistent practice.
Looking back, the external circumstances of my life haven't changed much, but the way I experience them certainly has.
