Marriage-Based AOS Interview Done — Okay to Upload Unsolicited Evidence While Case Is Actively Reviewed?
Had my marriage-based AOS interview a few weeks ago and my case status has been “Case Is Being Actively Reviewed” ever since.
I’m wondering if it’s okay to upload unsolicited evidence through the USCIS online account while waiting, even though I haven’t received an RFE yet.
The interview seemed to go fine, and I’m debating whether uploading it could help or just complicate things.
Has anyone done this after interview while under active review? Did it help, hurt, or make no difference?
Would appreciate hearing your experiences.
