So I'm typing this from a place of panic lol but I was doing a routine email sweep when I found this email talking about my exec transitioning out of his role and there was the great question: 'What are we going to do with [insert my name]?.

I literally had no idea he was leaving the company and now I'm sort of scared that I'll be made redundant. My boss is great and transparently, he's the only reason I've stayed at the company as long as I have - otherwise the turnover rate is kind of crazy. I'm an independent contractor so I don't know if they'll see any value of keeping me on without him being there. Kind of freaking out
