Federal judge charged with battery in an embarrassing parking lot incident
Judge Ryan D. Nelson on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in Idaho charged with misdemeanor battery after getting caught on video grabbing a man's glasses from his face and throwing and stomping on them all because of a parking space. I hope he is not treated as above the law just because he is a judge. He has a history of car-related lawlessness...
