I noticed several small red spots appear suddenly on my right leg today. They seem to be scattered around my lower leg and knee area and are only on that one leg. I haven’t noticed similar spots anywhere else on my body.

They’re small, round, and red. Some are clustered together. I can’t tell if they’re insect bites, a rash, or something else.

I haven’t had any recent illness, and I don’t recall injuring the area. The spots appeared fairly suddenly.
