30, Stool and abdominal pain concern - should I go to the doctor?
I’m an athletic and active 30 year old with a history of diagnosed anxiety disorders, along with GERD and IBS. I suspect I may have a gluten sensitivity (recurring canker sores, brain fog, headaches, gas) but since I’m a long distance runner I still eat bread, sparingly. However, I had more wheat this week than usual for me. I also consume a lot of vinegar in my salads near daily. I drink a few times a month. Yesterday, I had 3 aspirin due to some plantar fasciitis pain and had some high gluten bread in the morning and again at night.
I had horrific lower abdominal cramping and nausea last night. I had pressure and gas in my upper stomach. Since I’m FTM and had a smaller dose of T last week due to a pharmacy delay, I thought maybe it had to do with that. This morning I had explosive, coffee ground like dark diarrhea with pieces of undigested food. My upper stomach hurts, and it feels similar to a dull knife blade pressed vertically down my stomach.
Should I contact my doctor? More pics incoming.
