Tried taking our 2026 EV 9 on a small trip 2 1/2 hours and used the Tesla app and Kia Access to confirm which charger to use. On the way back home had to get our car towed 56 miles because we couldn’t get the car charged. Both Tesla and Kia Access app said we were using the right charger. It wouldn’t charge it would show it was charging but at 0%. Didn’t need change on the way there and used home charger at friend’s house. Luckily we had Kia roadside, but took over 4 hours to get the car towed. Previously no issues with the car, but worried about taking it out on the road again.
