Are Korean anti-aging products actually enough without treatments?

I’ve been seeing a lot of Korean skincare focused on anti-aging lately, peptides, collagen creams, retinol alternatives, firming ampoules, sunscreen, etc.

But I’m curious if skincare alone is actually enough once you’re in your mid 30s, or if most people eventually feel like treatments such as lasers, skin boosters, or clinic procedures make a bigger difference.

For those 30+, do we just need to rely mostly on skincare, or combine it with treatments?

Have any Korean anti-aging products or treatments like lasers, skin boosters, microneedling, etc., actually made a noticeable difference for you?

Are “clean girl” beauty routines actually low maintenance?

I keep seeing “clean girl” beauty routines everywhere, and they always look so simple, glowy skin, slicked-back hair, minimal makeup, neutral nails, cute basics, and everything looks effortless.

But honestly, the more I look at it, the more it feels like it might actually take a lot of products, time, and money to look that “low maintenance.”

Like, the routine looks minimal, but then it includes skincare, sunscreen, brow gel, lip oil, hair products, perfume, nails, jewelry, and the perfect outfit.

Do you think the clean girl aesthetic is actually low effort, or is it just expensive minimalism?
