For the past year or so I've encountered exploit after exploit and it has gotten significantly worse within the last month.

I have encountered the following

• Ear-r*pe and extremely loud sounds being played across private servers that are unmutable
• Disgusting forged NSFW messages being broadcast across the in game servers
• P*rn being spammed in the primary chat by these same exploiters
• Exploiters with "PRC MOD" above their head abusing powers in game
• Communities and private servers being harassed by this same group of exploiters
• My hardwork and liveries being redistributed without my consent to literally everyone
• Significant up tick in modding in general, the most noticable is when i experience being flung or see a literal flying car (not a car that has been flung, a car just driving through the sky)

PRC is one of the worst teams out there when it comes to communicating problems or issues with their own community and in many cases it seems they just flat out lie. I'm tired of it. I have enjoyed this game for years and it has been literally ruined. It's sad to see.
