Solo female traveller who doesn’t Drive

Hello, Lovely people! I am 34 (F) who is currently planning a trip to Bali. Although I am planning the trip with another friend, but I am just curious about the logistics if I were to travel solo in Bali. I do not know how to drive. And I don't have enough time to learn and get an international license. So, my questions are-

  1. Hiring a private car charter with driver for myself, is it safe?

  2. How much does this cost (half day/ full day)?

  3. I have heard that one can hire a bike with a driver as well. Is it cheaper / how much cheaper than a private car charter?

  4. Given the traffic situation of Bali, which one would be more time effective?

  5. I would also like recommendations on how to plan my trip / which places to do day trips to.

  6. Last but not the least, could you suggest drivers / companies that you have used and your own experiences?

My current trip plan is 3 days in Seminayak / Kuta, 3 Days in Gili T, 5 days in Ubud (in that order).

Bali Itinerary Suggestions

Hey, Everyone! My friend and I, will be going to Bali in the End of September for 11 days. Since the day that we land in Bali, it will be around 7 pm, we have already kept this day only for checking into the hotel and sleeping. This would be our first time in Bali and we are a bit confused with how to arrange the itinerary so that we can experience Bali in a moderate pace, yet atleast be able to experience the highlights of what Bali has to offer.

Upon my research online, I found out Bali has very narrow roads and the traffic can be quite brutal. Also everyone says not to try and cram too many places in a short time.

I want to see Gili T (for the beautiful beaches, snorkelling & Scuba diving), Ubud and Uluwatu. Since the algorithm is always snooping, I have been getting a lot of suggestions about Lovina and Beach Clubs in Seminayak as well.

Here are my top questions-

#The day that I land, if I decide to check into a hotel in Kuta or Seminayak, and stay 3 nights and 2 daya in that area and explore places nearby, what are the must places to visit around them?

#If I plan to visit Gili T for 3 days and 2 nights, would it be a good idea? Or are day trips seen on Klook or Viator better options for Gili Islands since we are on a time crunch?

#For the rest of the days, I plan on making Ubud my base and do day trips from there if necessary and go to the airport from Ubud itself the day of my flight.

We are two female travellers in our mid 30's, so we want safety and comfort both in terms of our accomidations and sight-seeing. Any advice is appreciated.
