We just moved intro a new home with Lutron roll down shades throughout. Unfortunatly one of the remotes just broke. Lutron tech support informed me the remotes are no longer made and I’m basically SOL unless I can find one on eBay or other resale locations. I have describes myself and can not find anything compatible. I’m not the most tech savvy so not sure if anyone could help/has had similar issues/ any insight?
Our remote model was SVIT-SH-SH-WH
Lutron support told me any of these would also work SVIT-BD-BD-WH
SVIT-SC-BL-WH
SVIT-SH-DR-WH
SVIT-SR-BL-WH

Thanks for any help on this. We just want to be able to actually use the blinds and couldn’t believe there was no way to upgrade or get a new remote.
