Are the To-let membership companies genuine or scam?
I have been looking for a new flat in the inner city and this one broker seems to be offering good deals. Only catch is she says that they are a To-let company that have membership of Rs2500 for a year and they will show me the place within 2 hours of membership. If they are genuine, it might be the best deal but I don't wanna get scammed as they are asking for the fee before they show any flats. Does anyone have any experience with such a company?
