Anthem Chat with Payer issue

Is anyone experiencing any issues with Anthem's “chat with payer” option in Availity? We have been disconnected mid-conversation 20 different times without any explanation. Also today, during the conversation with Anthem Blue Cross California, we got a notification that only facility requests will be handled over chat, and for specialist inquiries, we need to call Anthem.
