Having tried reseting the controller. Restarting the console. Restarting the router. Checking my account is properly logged in. I cannot play any games as the controller stops functioning as soon as the "press any key" screen appears.

I get this message on all my games. Above is Red Dead 2. There is only one account and everything was fine a few days ago. The controller works fine on console menus. It has been reset and all the other restarts etc have been done....please help
